Prior to founding Counsel Connect, Kristy was Head of the Perth office of Lawyers On Demand responsible for a large team providing flexible legal resources to its corporate clients.
Before joining Lawyers on Demand, Kristy ran her own consultancy and has held management roles in several law firms and in international and boutique recruitment companies.
From a start-up in Western Australia in 2008, Ken led the business through national and international expansion, multiple mergers and acquisitions, investment from UK private equity house Bowmark Capital, and ultimately to a successful sale to Consilio LLC in 2023.
Prior to establishing LOD, Ken was a partner at Herbert Smith Freehills specialising in the delivery of projects in the Western Australian energy, resources and infrastructure sectors.
Including Office Managing Partner, Perth, Board Member of Freehills, Regional Managing Partner, Australia for HSF and Global Head of Practice for Finance, Real Estate and Projects for HSF and responsibility for the firm’s Latam business. Following that, he spent a number of years as General Counsel of The Minderoo Foundation and the Tattarang Group of companies.
He is currently chair of boutique firm Chord Advisory and is a non-executive director of a number of companies in the renewable energy, critical minerals and education sectors. Jason is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Chloe holds a Masters in Human Resource Management and applies a commercial and analytical approach when influencing and managing stakeholders.
